Cancellations - General appointments

All missed / cancelled appointments will be subject to the following charges -

More than 96 hours notice - no charge

Less than 96 hours but more than 48 hours notice 50% of the fee

Less than 48 hours notice 100% of the fee

More than 4 weeks - no charge

Less than 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks notice - 50% of the fee

2 weeks or less - 100% of the fee although we may (at our discretion) charge 50% and offer an alternate appointment (which will be charged at our standard rate).

*Hourly services are generally billed in 15 minute increments and are usually subject to a 30 minute minimum
